I love eyecon/dear john. Do you still make it? What’s the difference?
Eyecon & dear john have been discontinued. But if you loved eyecon & dear john, wait til you try it’s potent! eye cream & total moisture facial cream. It’s potent! eye cream has been formulated containing all the good ingredients from eyecon, but now has added ingredients including Burnet, an ancient Chinese remedy to soothe the skin. Our new cream, total moisture facial cream, is hydra-concentrated and contains our exclusive tri-radiance complex. It’s a more concentrated, rich cream for all you dear john lovers!  This product will not disappoint...it absorbs into skin quickly but is a rich, modern texture. back to top

Explain the sun protection SPF 15 PA++ found in triple performing facial emulsion.
SPF stands for the protection grade of the UVA and UVB filters. PA stands for the protection grade of the UVA filter. The highest standard of sun protection rating is the three star PA rating. Our sunscreen has two stars which translates to moderate UVA protection with SPF 15. back to top

What’s the difference between total moisture facial cream and triple performing facial emulsion?
The difference is the texture. Total moisture facial cream is a rich, emollient cream best for normal to dry skin types. Triple performing facial emulsion SPF 15 PA++ is a lightweight, oil-free lotion.

What’s the ideal order or routine of the skincare collection? What do I start with?
You can mix & match the collection with your current regime but one example of using the products together is: remove it makeup remover, foamingly clean facial wash, refined finish facial polish, either total moisture facial cream or triple performing facial emulsion, it’s potent! eye cream, ultra radiance facial re-hydrating mist (although mist can be used any time throughout the day). back to top

What is the fragrance in the skincare collection?
