Benefitcosmetics.co.uk currently ship to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
We do not ship to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses.
Express Delivery
Orders must be placed before midday GMT to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Restricted Items
We're sorry, but some of our products such as fragrance, BADgal waterproof mascara, boo boo zap, and some skincare items are restricted to standard shipping orders only. If you have selected express shipping you will be prompted at the checkout to remove the items or select standard shipping.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.
Online Purchase Return
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at BenefitCosmetics.co.uk. To return items to BenefitCosmetics.co.uk, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the "Return form" enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
- Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:
